Lorenz.OG
Artist Development & Market Expansion · 2022–Present · London / California / Tokyo
Context: Lorenz.OG had established credibility within sneaker culture through high-profile commissions and collaborations. The work was recognised within a defined category, but its broader potential across markets, formats, and positioning had not yet been realised.
Role: We repositioned the practice beyond sneaker customisation into a wider design and object-based proposition. This included placing the work in a Sotheby's exhibition in London, structuring a targeted retail partnership in Orange County aligned to a specific collector profile, and expanding the output into luxury bags, apparel, and accessories.
Outcome: The practice moved from category-specific to cross-contextual. This produced a capsule collection with BEAMS and Umbro in Tokyo and established a broader commercial and cultural footing beyond its original market.

Avirex x Sexsdreams
Cultural Activation · Paris Fashion Week · 2023 · Paris
Context: Avirex needed a Paris Fashion Week activation that could reintroduce the brand within a contemporary cultural context without losing the weight of its heritage. Surface-level relevance was not the brief.
Role: We built the cultural framework for the activation. This included securing Sexsdreams as the live commissioning artist, structuring his exclusive involvement across the week, and shaping the full environment, from venue and audience to positioning and narrative.
Outcome: The activation was a standout moment within Paris Fashion Week 2023. It repositioned Avirex within a contemporary fashion and collector conversation and accelerated Sexsdreams' transition from collaborator to independently recognised artist.

The Exchange NW1
Cultural & Commercial Development · 2023–Present · London
Context: A former job centre in central London with significant scale and location but no defined cultural identity, tenant ecosystem, or operational direction. The potential was clear. The structure to realise it was not.
Role: We led the cultural and commercial activation of the building. This included securing and structuring creative tenants, defining the operating identity, and establishing the building as a platform for production, programming, and public-facing activity.
Outcome: The site became functioning creative infrastructure, with active tenants, production capability, and a growing programme of events. It operates as a sustained environment, not a static asset.
